Refund Policy

We accept payment with registered company account, verified paypal account and western Union.


Money should be paid before we start the testing program.

Although we can complete most certification programs in 10 working days(2 weeks), a maximum of 20 working days(4 weeks) are considered to be acceptable timeframe. In case we fail to complete all the tests within the timeframe given above, your payment will be refunded in either way below unless a new agreement is made:

1. Full payment will be refunded if no test is taken and posted on the official site of the certification issuer.

2. Partial payment will be refunded if one or more tests, but not all of them, are taken and posted on the official site.

Refund amount is base on the fee we receive, the transfer fee WILL NOT refunded. Refund amount for bundle products or other tests is subject to change depending on certain case.
