1. Please access the website:

http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/mcpmembersite.asp

and click "Access the MCP Member Site"



2. click "Sign in"



3. After you login, you will see the screen as below, please fill in and click "Next", Vendor Registration ID can find in your score report.



4. Welcome, you have access MCP, please follow the screen as show.



5. Please click "Submit Request" so that MCP welcome kits will send to your home.






CCO:

1. Please access the website, http://www.certmanager.net/cisco and create your login ID



2. Please fill your last name and Registration ID, and "Create Password"



3. Please enter the password and "Password Hint"



4. Setting password is completed.



5. Please login and click "Certification Agreement" and "Continue"



6. Click "I am 18 years or older"。



7. Click "Yes, I agree"



8. The CCNA Certification will arrive around 4 - 6 weeks later .
